Prime Time is a comprehensive and fun daily program for seniors 55 or over and who are retired. The year-round activities include walking on the indoor track, cardiovascular equipment room, weight training, stretching, fitness classes, racquetball, squash and swimming. Self directed.

Over-all moderate workout including cardiovascular endurance, strengthening, toning, and stretching, designed for the active older adult. It’s all done to motivating music for your enjoyment! Geared towards our Prime Time 55 program members.
ACTIVE SENIORS - Part I
For those who have been exercising regularly.
SilverSneakers® - MSROM
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

SENIOR WATER FITNESS
Gentle and fun water workout that includes stretching, cardiovascular especially designed for our senior members. This low impact workout is free for our prime time members.
